BabyNamers uses the birth details, surname, report language and package you submit to prepare and review your naming report. Please submit details only as the child’s parent or authorised guardian.

What the application stores

Your order, birth details, calculated report, reviewed name shortlist, consent, and the staff-confirmed payment reference are stored on the operator’s PostgreSQL database. Bank-card details are not collected here. A hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated requests.

Your private report link

Your private link gives access to your order. Keep it secure and share it only with people you trust. The access key stays in the private link’s fragment and the order page’s memory while you use it. It is not placed in server URLs or sent to analytics services. This application includes no advertising or third-party analytics.

Access, corrections and deletion

Authorised BabyNamers staff can review orders and prepare reports. Use the contact details provided with your order to request corrections, access or deletion. Retention and any required accounting records must follow the operator’s published policy.

Before a public launch

This operational privacy notice must be completed with the business’s legal identity, contact details and retention periods before accepting live orders. Contact details will be shown on the order page once configured.
